2. Purpose of Data Collection
We process and store customer data for the following strictly limited reasons:
Contractual Necessity: To complete sales and fulfill orders.
Legal Obligations: To maintain records for tax purposes and insurance reasons.
Marketing: To communicate with customers who have explicitly "opted in" to hear from us.
We do not process or store personal data for any other reasons.

3. Secure Payment Processing
TRG UNLIMITED does not collect, handle, or store sensitive financial data (such as credit
card numbers). All payments are made through secure third-party platforms:
Square • Google Pay • Apple Pay • Cash App

All payments must be made in full online prior to the delivery of products. We do not conduct in-
person transactions or handle physical payment cards.

4. Data Retention and Sharing
Retention: We typically retain data for 4-5 years for tax and insurance purposes. Following this,
data is securely deleted.
Sharing: Access is limited to company owners and necessary staff. We share data only with
insurance providers (for safety/accidents), tax authorities (for audits), or our website/email hosting
providers. We do not sell your data to anyone.

5. Children’s Privacy
We do not market to or knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13, in compliance
with COPPA. Furthermore, we do not allow transactions or business interactions with any minor
under the age of 18. If we discover a minor has provided us with data, we will delete it immediately.

6. California Online Privacy (CalOPPA)
Do Not Track: Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals.
Notifications: We notify users of policy changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top
of this document.

out of marketing.
