TRG UNLIMITED | FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All-Inclusive Premium Pricing Structure
1. What does TRG UNLIMITED's "All-Inclusive Pricing" mean?
Have you ever booked a cheap flight, only to get hit with extra fees for your carry-on bag, your seat selection, and checking in? We don't do that here.
At TRG UNLIMITED, the price you see next to our commercial equipment is the complete price you pay. Unlike other rental companies that tack on hidden surcharges at checkout for basic equipment handling, we include all of your event essentials completely free. Every single standard commercial rental automatically includes:
-
Free Delivery (First 50 Miles): Safe, timed transport of our heavy commercial assets straight to your location completely FREE anywhere within a 50-mile radius of the Charlotte metro area.
-
Zero Removal Fees: Complete knockdown, rolling, and packing up of the unit when your event ends.
-
Zero Sandbag/Ballast Fees: Massive safety weights provided at no extra charge if your surface requires them.
-
Zero Safety Mat Fees: Ground protection mats placed at entry and exit zones completely free to keep kids safe.
-
Medical-Grade Sanitization: Multi-step vacuuming, UV exposure, and industrial disinfection before the unit ever arrives.
2. Are there any instances where additional fees apply?
Because we don't nickel-and-dime you for setup essentials, our pricing is completely all-inclusive for standard setups within our core zone. The only exceptions are:
-
Extended Travel Delivery: If your event venue sits further than the 50-mile radius of the Charlotte metro area, a transparent, standard per-mile delivery rate will apply to the distance beyond the initial 50 miles. This is automatically and clearly calculated at checkout.
-
Power Sources: Customers must provide their own heavy-duty extension cords or a dedicated 20-amp power supply within 100 feet of the unit. If adequate power isn't available on-site, we offer extension cord and generator rentals that can be added to your order.
Booking, Payments, and Cancellations
1. How far in advance should I reserve my equipment?
Units are booked strictly on a first-come, first-served basis with a completed deposit. To ensure you get your top choice, we recommend reserving as early as possible. If you have a last-minute request within 24 hours of your event, fill out our online form first, then call our office immediately so we can check staffing and schedule availability.
2.What are your deposit and final payment rules?
-
Reservation Deposit: To confirm and secure your booking date and units, a deposit of 20% of the total order or full payment is due immediately at check-out.
-
Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to your scheduled delivery time. Our delivery crews cannot wait for payment on-site due to tight routing schedules.
3. What is your check acceptance policy?
We currently do not accept any payments at time of delivery as all payments must be made in full 7 days prior to delivery of your scheduled event. If you are an organization and have an inquiry regarding paying with a check, please contact us directly. Contact Us
4. What is your cancellation and rain check policy?
-
7-Day Notice Requirement: You must provide at least 7 days' advance notice to TRG UNLIMITED to cancel or reschedule an event without standard late penalties.
-
Under $500 Orders: If you cancel within the 7-day window of your event date, a $100 cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.
-
Multi-Unit Orders: For large orders containing multiple items, a late cancellation fee of $100 per unit will be applied to the card on file.
-
No Cash Refunds: If you choose to pay your balance in full at the time of booking, TRG UNLIMITED will only issue a store credit/rain check for cancellations. WE DO NOT PROCESS CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.
-
Weather Discretion: We reserve the right to cancel rentals due to heavy rain or high winds (15 mph or higher). If weather is questionable prior to delivery and you choose to proceed with setup, no refunds, discounts, or rain checks will be given once the equipment is placed on-site, regardless of subsequent weather shifts.
TRG UNLIMITED Specialized Equipment & Fleet Questions
1. What specific types of entertainment equipment does TRG UNLIMITED offer?
We offer a high-performance, premium inventory designed to handle everything from backyard birthdays to massive corporate and community events. Our fleet includes commercial bounce houses, dry and water slides, neon/glow-in-the-dark inflatable obstacle courses, interactive carnival-style games, high-output foam party setups, concession machines, and our signature multi-piece mega attractions.
2. What are the space requirements for your 71-foot Obstacle Courses?
Our 71-foot obstacle courses are massive, elite-grade racing rigs. Because they are constructed from multiple heavy-duty vinyl sections linked together, they require a completely flat, straight run of at least 80 feet in length and 15 feet in width to allow for proper anchoring, safe structural expansion, and clear exit zones for racers. However, this unit does come in several sections which create a more versatile setup such as straight, parallel and perpendicular.
3. How does the TRG Foamtastik foam party setup work?
Our high-volume foam cannons turn any yard or venue into an immersive foam zone. TRG UNLIMITED provides the commercial-grade cannon, the specialized mixing reservoirs, and our premium, hypo-allergenic, organic foam solution that is 100% safe for kids, pets, and lawns.
4. Can multiple large TRG units be hooked up to a standard house panel?
Large multi-piece items—like our combined multi-lane obstacle courses or a slide paired with a foam cannon—require massive, continuous airflow. These setups utilize multiple commercial blowers running simultaneously. You will need to provide separate, dedicated 20-amp circuits on different breakers so you do not overload your home's electrical panel. If electrical capacity is a concern, ask our office about adding a commercial generator rental to your order.
5. Do you offer a Community Hero or Military Discount?
Yes! We proudly offer an industry-leading 20% discount off the entire booking total for all Teachers, Active Military, Veterans, First Responders (Police, Fire, EMS), and Healthcare Workers. This exclusive discount is fully eligible for use during major holidays!
-
Please Note: This discount cannot be combined with any other offer. To apply it, you must email a copy of your valid ID, contact info, and booking number to info@trgunlimited.com. If paying in full at the time of booking, email us Contact Us before checking out, as we do not issue partial cash/card refunds after full payments are processed.
4. Rental Durations, Logistics, and Travel Fees
1. How long do I get to keep the inflatable?
Your standard rental price guarantees that the unit will be set up and fully operational for at least 6 hours. Setup and take-down times are completely separate and do not count against your 6 hours.
2. Can I extend my rental time or keep it overnight?
3. Can I pick up the equipment myself?
No. For safety, liability, and quality control, TRG UNLIMITED staff must handle 100% of the transportation, positioning, anchoring, and inflation.
Site Setup and Utility Requirements
1. What kind of surface can the bouncer be set up on?
We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete, provided the ground is level and completely clear of debris, roots, sticks, fire ants, and animal waste.
-
Preferred Surface: Grass is always preferred and is the safest option.
-
Prohibited Surfaces: We cannot set up on gravel, rocks, or stones, as the constant friction will wear through and destroy the commercial vinyl.
-
Site Prep: Do not mow your lawn or run sprinklers on the morning of delivery. Fresh grass clippings stain the vinyl and stick to participants' feet.
What are the electrical and blower requirements?
Blowers require a dedicated, grounded 20-amp outlet within 100 feet of the setup area.
-
Constant Power: Blowers must remain plugged in and running at all times while the unit is in use. Unplugging the blower will cause the unit to collapse immediately. Leave the unit inflated when our team arrives for pickup so we can inspect it.
-
Circuit Failures: We are not responsible for venue electrical or breaker issues. If a blower stops running, 99% of the time a circuit breaker or GFI outlet has tripped.
🛑 Blower Troubleshooting Step-by-Step
-
Unplug the blower and all other appliances sharing that circuit line.
-
Reset your main electrical breaker panel or the GFI outlet test switch.
-
Plug only the blower back into the outlet.
Equipment Safety, Sanitation, and Capacities
1. Are your inflatables safe and insured?
Yes. Your safety is our absolute priority. Our premium fleet is constructed from industry-standard, fire-retardant vinyl, equipped with inflated entry ramps, blowback safety valves, and secure emergency exits. We secure outdoor units using heavy-duty 18-40 inch commercial stakes or massive ballasts. TRG UNLIMITED carries a $1,000,000 commercial liability policy, and we can add your venue or organization as an "Additional Insured" for a processing fee.
2. What is your cleaning and sanitization process?
We enforce rigorous cleanliness standards. Our warehouse deployment protocol includes:
-
Inflating the unit in direct sunlight for 30 minutes to utilize natural ultraviolet disinfection.
-
Thorough commercial vacuuming from corner to corner.
-
A top-to-bottom scrub down using industrial-grade, non-hazardous disinfecting agents.
3. How many participants can jump at one time?
-
Bounce Houses: On average, 6 to 7 children may jump simultaneously, depending on their size. For safety, you must group participants by similar size and strength—never mix toddlers with teenagers.
-
Water Slides: Slides are strictly limited to one participant at the top platform and down the lane at a time.
-
Weight Restrictions: All individual riders must be under 15 years of age and weigh less than 200 lbs.
Damage Fees and Urgent After-Hours Assistance
1. Do kids need to wear shoes or socks?
-
Shoes: Absolutely NO shoes are permitted inside any inflatable unit.
-
Socks: Clean socks are mandatory inside dry bounce houses and combos to maintain peak hygiene and prevent the spread of foot fungus. Socks are not required for water slides.
2. What happens if the equipment is returned dirty or damaged?
-
Standard Cleaning Fees: Routine cleaning is covered. However, if a unit requires excessive cleanup due to food, drinks, gum, candy, markers, or mud, a $150 to $500 cleaning fee will be assessed.
-
The Silly String & Chemical Ban: Silly String, face paint, and slime chemically melt and permanently stain commercial vinyl. If these substances are found on a unit, the customer will be automatically billed for all professional repairs or full equipment replacement costs.
-
Loss and Negligence: The renter is fully liable for replacement costs if equipment is stolen, lost, or structurally damaged due to horseplay, animals, or overnight vandalism.
3. How do I contact you urgently during an event?
If you experience an urgent operational issue outside of business hours while an event is actively in progress, contact TRG UNLIMITED directly at (904) 426-8340. Please provide your name, address, and the exact nature of the operational emergency so our on-call team can troubleshoot or deploy support immediately.
