Unlike standard promotional offers, this exclusive discount is fully eligible for use during major holidays so you can celebrate with your family when it matters most!

Rules, Limitations, and Restrictions

  • The Reward: A 20% discount applied directly to your entire rental booking total.

  • No Stacking: The Community Hero Discount cannot be combined with any other discount, online special, or promotional offer. One discount per booking.

  • Account Match: For security and fraud prevention, the name on the service or school ID must match the name on the rental contract and billing file.

How to Apply Your 20% Discount (2 Methods)

To secure your discount, you must submit a clear copy of your valid official ID (School/Teacher ID, Military ID, Veteran Card, First Responder Badge, or Healthcare credentials) via email to:

Depending on how you choose to check out online, the discount will be processed in one of two ways:

Method A: Booking with a Deposit (Recommended)

If you place your order using our standard deposit option, complete your booking online to lock in your equipment and event date. Immediately afterward, email a copy of your valid ID to the link above. You must also include your full contact information and your booking ID number within this email. Our office will verify your credentials and manually apply the 20% discount to your remaining balance within 48 hours.

Method B: Paying in Full at Time of Booking

If you intend to pay your entire balance in full at checkout, it is strongly recommended that you email your valid ID to us PRIOR to booking. Our team will respond with a custom code to apply at checkout.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: In strict alignment with the TRG UNLIMITED Terms and Conditions, WE DO NOT PROCESS CASH OR CREDIT CARD REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

If you choose to check out and pay your balance in full before submitting your verification ID, TRG UNLIMITED will not issue a partial cash/card refund to your account for the 20% difference. Instead, you will be issued a digital Store Credit/Rain Check for the discount amount, which will be valid for exactly one (1) year from your event date toward a future rental. To avoid this, please utilize Method A (Deposit Only) or reach out via email to receive your discount parameters prior to completing a full-payment checkout. All standard cancellation fees, utility mandates, and property damage waivers outlined in the contract remain fully applicable.
